This mural box celebrates Temple City’s title as the “Home of Camellias.” Besides its beautiful flowers, Temple City is known for its diversity, with a more varied population than many other U.S. cities. This diversity is a key part of the community’s identity and adds to its vibrant culture. The mural has a retro, Mid-Century look and features profiles of different women and a man, each with a unique appearance, representing the diverse and inclusive spirit of Temple City.
